Micro-poops

DS pooped 6 times today, and 4 of them were micro-poops. C'mon kiddo! Can't you get over it all at once with one big poop? (I know I know he can't. I'm just sayin'.) Normally, he poops once, maybe twice, per day, and they're healthy-sized poops. Sigh.

I know this is a bitch...but it is really funny. Hopefully by the time you read this your DS will be doing full sized poops ;)

Yes, it's all true, but it was meant to be sort of silly. :)

We're crossing our fingers here hoping he saves them up for one or two (larger) ones. I'm tired of having to use up so many diapers per day for such small-ish volume! ;)

I totally know what you mean. Linnea does that all the time with marble size poops. We cloth diaper so I don't feel so wasteful, but still it drives me crazy.

Be careful what you wish for. :) E poops a lot. Yesterday he pooped 5 times (maybe 6, I wasn't home in the evening). And they were all *big* poops. Although I understand the frustration of having to waste diapers (and time) on micropoops.

It's not just wasting the diaper. The way DS sqirms I feel like a cowgirl at a rodeo. ;) Since I have to practically wrestle DS to get the diaper changed, I'd rather not have to manage 6 micropoops in a day.

Today, anyway, DS was back to his normal routine, thank goodness. He had one massive poop and one that bordered on a micropoop. I can live with that. :)

Oh I hear you. Linnea has gotten a little better recently, but it used to be like wrestling an alligator. It was insane. Even with two people, it was next to impossible sometimes. I hope the micropoops go away soon.

Ha! You know, E will just die when I tell him 12 years from now how I discussed his pooping habits with other moms. But if he feels bad, I'll bring out the "real man" comment. Thanks! :)

it can be a pain. in the last week ds has changed from micro -poops to blowouts. yesterday we went through 6 outfits all from blowouts. i would gladly go back to micro-poops. when you have to go you have to go

Sorry you've had to deal with so many blowouts. It must be no fun doing your laundry right now!
