Our holiday party was on Saturday. We were expecting around 50 plus people. We ordered from Ranch99 for most of the food and an HOUR before we were scheduled to pick up the food, they called and said that the food was not ready. They apparently had problems with PG&E throughout the day but did not let us know until we were about to pick up. I can totally understand that they were having problems but not to call earlier and alert us of the possibility that they could not make our order. Unbelievable. After the intial panic, we scrambled and found two restaurants that could different make party trays and had food almost when guests arrived. Very stressful. Not the best way to start off a party.
