my shoe size has always been a size 7. i love having this size b/c i can still buy boys sneakers and they are cheaper.. anyways... i was on the search for a landsend code b/c i found these cute boots that i loved. so then i went to sears and i couldn't order them at mine. but i found another pair of landsend shoes. they fit.. i had my mom go out of her way to go to sears so i wouldn't have to pay shipping. they are way to big. not even close. i have never had this trouble before. i am hoping she can return them to her sears. does anyone know?? thanks for listening. i am so bummed...

Lands End has a very very lenient return policy. You should have no problem returning them to Sears as long as they have a Lands End department.

You can definitely return them to Sears. FWIW, I have ordered and returned 4 pairs of shoes in the last 2 years from LE and I have yet to find a pair that fit well. I always wear a 7.5 (or a 6 in boys) and all of the shoes I've gotten from LE have been oddly sized and too big. I'm hoping I don't have the same problem with shoes for DS from LE.

i oredered slippers for ds and they were to small. i never returned them... i am saving them as gifts now. thanks for the info. i will be returning them. it's a bummer b/c they have such nice stuff and the sizes suck...
