I am a giant procrastinator !!

Ok, so the federal bar exam is easy. They give you 500 questions and all of the answers, and 50 of the questions will be on the exam.

Just because its so easy, though, does not mean that you should wait until the evening before to start reviewing all the questions !! Especially if its been, oh, TWELVE YEARS since you have had to study some of the stuff, like the federal rules of civil procedure.

UGH.

Why, oh why do I do this to myself ?? How can I train my kids NOT to ?? I am too old for all-nighters...

I totally feel your pain, as I am also a giant procrastinator. When I was in grad school, I waited until about 10:00 the night before the first three chapters of my thesis were due to start writing. Luckily, I'm a pretty good (and fast) writer, and managed to get it done by about 5 am.

At least there aren't that many deadlines like that in real life, but I still manage to put things off till the last possible minute (drycleaning, medicine refills, hair appointments, etc!).

I feel your pain and will eagerly wait for replies.
We leave on Sat for vacation, I'm a little more organised than normal, but still have a ton of things to do....

OMG, I totally forgot about trip procrastination! I usually wait until 8 or 9 the night before the trip to START my laundry, so it ends up being after midnight before I can start packing. You are not alone! :)

Thanks guys - I'll take a lowly passing score at this point. admiralty. maritime law. joinder and compulsory process. removal and diversity jurisdcition. AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGH. Did I ever really know this stuff ?? (for some of it answer is resounding no)

There's gotta be a way to fix it. I sooooo don't want my kids to be this way, even if its too late for me.

Speaking of too late, going back to review now. At least I remembered my evidence. Some of the other subjects were dreadful, but at least I have answered and corrected all 500 questions.
