When we moved from Lafayette, LA to east Texas we thought we might get a break, no such luck they are just as bad here. My girls have a pretty bad reaction to them as well so we have to put stuff on whenever we go outside.

Kristin-I didn't realize that you were a Mainer too! I hear you on the mosquitos and black flies. Ryan actually got an infection on his ear(outer)last summer from a nasty black fly bite. So where in Maine do you live? We're in Gorham. :)

I'm not in Maine... I vacation there every year- West Point- Just outside of Bath/Brunswick...
I actually live in NH... but I know where Gorham is!!!!

Of course they dont start spraying until like the end of summer ...
