We are selling our home in 2 weeks and just found out the buyer didn't disclose child support and may not qualify for the loan. We cannot afford rent and a mortgage and now our house may be back on the market tomorrow. We're packing and there is just no way I can get this house in show ready condition. DH just put in his 2 week notice last week. Grad school starts the 23rd so we have no choice but to go. DH doesn't have a job yet and we are going to be living on student loans. We HAVE to sell this house.

I'm going to be sick.
