any comments on Josie Bridal Salon in CT?

I've gotten mixed review for Josie's and wanted to see if anyone here has any opinion.

I have heard nothing but bad things about them. They also have a record with the Better Business Bureau in CT. I went there to browse and found their selection to be mediocre at best and their service to be non-existent. (While I was in the dressing room they were frantically looking for a headpiece they lost!) I know of three people who bought there. One had a horrible time when they forgot to order her gown. She eventually did get it in time, but barely, and they treated her very rudely considering it was their mistake. Another girl complained about their alterations, and still another had trouble getting her gown delivered. I think they used to be really good, and then they got too popular. There are other shops in the area that are much better, but not Plumed Serpent. Their service was also bad, and they rip the tags from their gowns.
