I just bought my dress at a store in the Chicago suburbs called "Here Comes the Bride." They sell designer/couture samples, overstocks, etc. at 30% - 70% off. They have a very large selection. I bought a Mika Inatome for over 40% off. It is perfect! They were extremely friendly & helpful, and came down on the price for me because it was a little out of my budget. Since it was a sample, it was a little dirty at the bottom of the dress, so they are dry cleaning it for me. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from them. I recommend this store to anyone who wants the designer look without the price.
The store is located in Addison, Illinois. It is about a 40 minute drive from the city, but well worth it!
