Seamstress in Rockville, MD?

I've noticed bad reviews for a Don Brookie (?) but I was wondering if anyone had recommandation for a good seamstress in Rockville, MD. I need help!

I used her for alterations on my wedding dress when I got married in October and she's great. She's also very reasonably priced.

I used Pattrapon in Kensington. She is very professional and has her own shop. I was not 100% happy with the final result, but my dress (a modification of an existing dress) and figure presented serious challenges, so I was not typical. I am still comfortable recommending her.
