Alterations

I have learned quite a lot in reading Bridal Bargains. I just have one question. All of the wedding gown shops I have visited say alterations are an additional cost (I knew that from reading my book) except one. If you buy the gown from her she does it at no extra charge no matter how many alterations are needed.

Any opinions on that? I just would like to know since this is the ONLY place I have found who doesn't charge.
