Here is the email that I received this morning after 2 weeks and 2 emails, the second of which I informed them that I was taking action through paypal to get my money back because I had received NO contact from them in 2 weeks. Not even a payment receipt.
"I sent you an e-mail as well as responded to your phone message. We do
not send out confirmation after the Paypal confirmation is sent. And if you
had read the website - you would have noted that all orders take between 4 -
6 weeks to arrive. To recieve the product in 7 days - you would have had to
add "quick ship" to your order which you did not do.

> We will be happy to refund your money - sometimes people seem to think
that we are located in the same city - and can teleport the product to you
overnight. This is not the case for an item that costs $22. We are located
in Canada and the shipping alone via Fed Ex overnight would have cost us
$45.

BEWARE of them!!!. I run a business too, and I personally respond to EVERY email and make sure I keep in contact with people on a weekly basis or even every 3-4 days.
