Has anyone had good experiences with a seamstress/tailor in the Chicago area who is reasonably priced? I need the usual alterations: hem, bringing in the dress? Also, does anyone have an idea for what alterations cost in the Chicago area? Thanks a lot. This website has been really useful to me!

Me too! Help! Does anyone know of a good seamstress in the Chicago area and how much it should cost to do alterations to the fitting and length? I'm leery and suspicious of Chicago bridal shops but seamstresses are also hard to find. Anyone who can help us on this -- thank you in advance!
