Experience with Pearl's Place?

I may order my gown from Pearls Place, yet I want to know...what kind of assurances am I provided with? I feel nervous about ordering a gown and not having anything in writing to back it up. Is the gown delievered with a signature required?If anyone has more info on pearls place (details about ordering), let me know. Thanks~
