This particular place sells Sweetheart gowns. They already have the dresses in their warehouse, so there is no waiting to have them shipped from the manufacturer. I knew that I should have stayed away from this company. It just seemed to good to be true. Anyway, I went ahead and ordered. I was told that I would receive my dress in 7-10 business days. Well, over two weeks have passed and still no dress. My fiancee calls them several times and asks why it is taking so long. Every person he spoke with said that it was mailed out and just to be patient. A few days later we get a call saying that they do not have the size that I ordered and the lady that I spoke with tries to pawn off another dress on me. Never mind that we were told that the dress had already been shipped out. She never apologized for the mixup. I asked for a refund which she said that they would do. I am still waiting on that.
