I found this fantastic woman via ebay!! She custom makes veils, or you can buy a ready made. Her Ebay ID is: bridal-elegance (222) and her design shop is Olivia Taylor Designs. I got a 2 tier, finger tip (+ blusher) in shimmer diamond white, with pencil edge for $50.50 delivered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And it took about 2 or 3 weeks.
