if u feel uneasy u can always ask her if u could pay via Paypal they protect you. if she wants the sale she wont care to pay the 2% they charge and u could feel safe purchasing.

I spoke with her on the phone, and she seemed really nice... she is offering to make the dress I want at a very reasonable price. I'm really really tempted, but I don't want to end up as a horror story of why brides shouldn't use online discounters. Any advice on how I can ensure that everything is on the up and up, or has anyone purchased a dress through her before? I don't even know what questions I should ask her to find out if anything is fishy!
