Well, I ordered my gown from Cinderella's, one of the China ebay stores. I did my homework on them & all seemed well. Their communication about the specifics was great...up until I actually ordered!
They give you an order number & a link on their website where you can put in that order number & hit 'track' to see the progress of your dress. It shows the dates they intend to start making it, finish making it, and ship it. If they are behind on those dates, you can click 'remind' and it supposidly shoots them an email to get on the ball. A Message pops up that you've sent a remind, and if the status hasn't changed within 24 hours, you'll be emailed as to why.
In the past week, I've sent 3 reminds about starting my dress, and heard nothing back! I've just emailed them letting them know. Hmmm...
