non alcoholic drinks

Has anyone had a good non alcoholic champagne or wine? Or it would be great if anyone has any suggestions for some good beverages for September in the hot South.

First off, sorry because I have but can't recall what it was.
Second, if you are going the non-alcoholic route, why not just go with sparkling cider or sparkling grape juice?

My wedding ceremony and reception will be on church grounds so alcohol is not permitted. A friend of mine suggested me to order "champagne punch" which supposedly is very light and refreshing, not too sweet. I am having Martinelli Sparkling Cider for the toast w/ cake.

I was at a friends wedding where they served Ariel brand non-alcoholic wines. They were very good- not too sweet like many of the alcohol free wines and ciders.
