Hi,

We're thinking of going all vegetarian for our reception catering because we're going to have a large number of guests who are strict veg, others who prefer not to eat meat (many for religious reasons), and pretty much no one else will really care if they don't get a plate of rubber chicken.

Has anyone out there had experience with this? Is it any cheaper? Have you discovered any problems with going all veg?

fyi, we're having 300 people, so it's a large party, if that makes a difference.

thanks!

See if Great Grains will cater. They're just west of 170 on Ladue Road. Also, STL now has a Whole Foods market just south of the Galleria (shopping mall at 170 & Brentwood Blvd). Maybe they do catering? And come to think of it... they might even be able to recommend a place to have it. [I organized an event here in Indianapolis, and the caterer was able to recommend several places]
