We are living in London. It would be helpful if you could provide lists of websites or stores that deliver overseas or that are European-based. Consumer information outside of the US is very lacking, so this is a niche just waiting to be filled.

Thanks for that suggestion. Well, we'd love to do that but we find ourselves quite overwhelmed with just researching the US and Canadian markets! If you discover any other book or web site like that, let us know!

Ellen there is a very similar sopunding book available in the UK, for the UK. Sorry, but I gforget the title, but it is brilliant for tips, advice and pricing.

Most items are listed with three suggested options: top, medium and lower end of the market. Also included are websites, support groups, addresses and such useful info.

Once I can find our dog-eared copy, I'll mail/post the title, author and ISBN # .
