I noticed a lot of members have a neutral rating, but a positive review. When I went to rate someone recently, I saw that the neutral box is automatically checked. I suspect many members don't realize that they need to change the mark to positive before submitting the rating. I would suggest that none of the boxes be checked automatically and that you can't submit a review without checking at least one box. I hope I'm making sense!?

You're making perfect sense and I agree, especially since the feedback given can't be edited after it's been submitted.

Guilty as charged! I have done this! I guess I need the 'Feedback for Dummies' book. :-)

Yup, me too.

I felt so foolish, but as Sarah said, there's no way to edit. Not a good combination with new parents and a lack of sleep.

I did the same thing the other day! I felt so badly, I wrote the girl a PM apologizing!

You're right---that would make more sense. We'll pass that along to the script maker who did the board script!
