I have to admit my version is a little older so you may have covered this in the last version. If not, I would suggest listing some of the companies that offer shopping cart covers:
http://www.babyalacart.com/
http://www.cleanshopper.com/
http://www.cyberbabymall.com/h101r.html (can also be used as a restaurant highchair cover)
http://www.burd*ckbaby.com/cartcomforter.html (please replace the * with an "i" to get to the website)
The following cover is for the double shopping cart seat:
http://www.burd*ckbaby.com/covers4kids.html (please replace the * with an "i" to get to the website)
The ones I have seen at BRU do not cover the cart fully like the ones listed above. I have the cover from Baby a la cart and absolutely love it. It is great as the cover rolls into itself and you can attach it to your bag with the strap used to strap the baby in the cart.
In addition, the Clean Shopper also has just started to carry a cover for restaurant highchairs.
