Updates available online?

I remember that recently the board was polled re: making the book content available online for a fee. Would it be possible to also make the updated parts of the book available online for a fee? For example, I own Baby 411 1st edition - and would like to read the updated parts of the 2nd edition online rather than re-buying the book. Just an idea. :)
