Hello! I was clicking around the new Toddler 411 web pages and every new feature or link opens a new window. This is standard throughout the other pages and the blog as well.
I'd like to suggest that the website try to reuse the current browser window as much as possible, except maybe for PDF links (downloads of printed material) or picture links (like Rash-o-Rama). The current design is too reminiscent of pop-up ads, and it is not handicapped accessible for people who are blind and use screen readers.
