Hi there, I'm pg with twins and on bedrest. My hubby bought me a $10 pregnancy pillow at Babies R US - the wedge style - and it's awesome! I was using a blanket rolled up, or a pillow, but I was always adjusting for a comfy fit. This wedge-shaped foam pillow is great for lying on my side and makes it easy to roll over - it 'catches' you as you switch sides, and it takes so much pressure off the uterine ligaments and back.
Just thought I'd share something cheap and nice.
