Robin is here!

I just wanted to share the good news! Robin Gail finally decided to put in her appearance on Sept. 3, 2002. She was 7 lbs 3 oz and 19 ins long. Delivery went smoothly, breastfeeding is proceeding along, and all seems well so far! She's a little jaundiced, which sent me into a hormonally induced panic (with a little help from the night nursery staff . . . long story), but I think that is clearing up fine. Big brother Eric is happy that she arrived, but is busily testing the limits to see if mom and dad are still really in charge! He's much more of a challenge right now than she is! I'm sure that we would have more patience with him if we could get more sleep! ;-)

Congrats! Sarah was a little jaundiced as well. I was also a little panicked (with more than a little help from my day nurse, LOL), but all was well by 2 weeks!
