HELP with message board:re:email messege

HELP...I just got an email saying that I have a "private message from windsor peak" and I clicked on it and it brings me to the message boards. What does this mean...what do I do...I don't want to disregard it if it is something I should read...anyone know???

When the link takes you to the message boards, at the top of the page there should be a link saying something like "Click here to read your message" or "New message from somebody". I forget the exact words.
