Is there a "register" that incorporates different companies/web sites

If I recollect correctly there is a place for brides to register called "the knot" that allows you to incorporate a few different stores in your registry...Is there such a critter for babies.

For instance I want a one step ahead diaper bag, baby bjorn bibs (not at our local BRU), maybe some of my diaper covers from certain web sites...is there a way to do such a thing where the hostess (IF ASKED) can direct someone and there are the different sites...

Thanks that's exactly what I was looking for something like that...Gee wish that one had a different name to it that was not so "buy me something!!!!"...ya know like "forthebaby.com", "bundleof joy.com...but "what to get", I always worry about the etiquette of such a thing as it is and then to be under a title like that...
