Infant life preservers?

We're going to be doing some small-boat-related things in April when Abigail will be 11 months old, and I want to have a life preserver for her to wear. Does anyone make such a thing for babies? Anybody know?

Hi Rachel,
I'm looking for one for Colin too. I'm pretty sure they make them. Yesterday at Target I saw some children's life vests. The tag listed all the sizes, including one they called "infant" but they didn't have that size in the store. I'm wondering if they might sell them at a boating specialty store. Hopefully others will have more advice for us.
