Making a website for Baby

How do you create a website for your baby? Can someone recommend an internet site that helps you do it? Do you have to know anything about programming? Are they free? TIA.

I made my own using FrontPage and the little bit of coding I know. But we own our servers and have free Web hosting, so it makes sense for me to do it. However, a friend of mine used this site to create and host her baby's Web site: http://www.ourbabynews.com/ It seems pretty inexpensive and is probably really easy to use.

I know Yahoo lets you create a personal web page (it's free and they have a page builder help wizard). I've made one and I know nothing about programming.

Ivillage gives you free email and free web pages. It is really easy to use. They give you a template and you just fill it in.
