DH-what exacting does this mean???

I am new to the message boards what the heck does DH mean? Does it mean Dad Husband???? Maybe I am missing the obvious but help me out anyway, please. These initials are a little convusing to me. Got the jist but exact meaning please! -Julie L

Dear Husband, just as DS/DD are dear son/dear daughter. There are a bunch of threads in the past that go over all the abbreviations, if you're interested.
