Hi all -
Okay, so it's only two months later...
Neel Lawrence was born on January 5, 7lbs 2oz, 20 inches.
He was born after 17.5 hours of labor (lots of back labor). He ended up in NICU for most of the first week - we had to take him back to the hospital after he'd been home for 2 days -with severe jaundice. He came home, and kept losing weight on EBM. Finally, after supplementing with formula, he started doing really well. Thanks to the encourgement I received from people here, I went to a LC last week, and he's finally nursing :)
Being a mom is the most amazing experience!!! :) :)
The dogs are fascinated by the baby. My spooky PWD has morphed into the perfect mommy dog. She lies by his crib, and will run to get me if he starts crying and I'm not there.
Thanks for all the information and support I got during the pregnancy and now.
