And those of his friend, emailed to me (good for a laugh, or frightening, depending on how seriously you take them!)

SNTM,
Here's the funny email conversation on parenting ideas Marcus and I have had. Thought you may get a kick out of reading some of it. This could turn into a collaborative book project for he and I; we could make millions! Talk shows, seminars, a whole product line of 'useful' baby items,.....

Love,
Chip Mc.

Chip-

Evidently you and I went to the same school of
parenting. I have been talking about how people spend
ridiculous amounts of money on kids things they do not
need.

1) Why buy formula? Breast milk is free. Why even
buy a breast pump? My mouth is free.

2) Diapers. Why buy disposable? Old T-shirts can
soak of ##### and piss. And kids are washable. I
talked about the waterhose idea, and it bothered Cara.
Not sure why. Kids love hoses. Hell, I drank more
water out of hose when I was a kid than I ever did out
of a sink. And I know I took more "showers" out of
hose as a kid than I ever did in a bathtub.

3) Kids clothes. Goodwill ##### is nice, and seeing as
all kids clothes are basically going to get crapped
on, pissed on, thrown up on or dirtied beyond
recognition, why buy nice stuff? Hell, I am all for
trashbags as clothes.

Evidently my philosophy on parenting can get you put
in jail or something, but I think it is clearly the
most logical.

Well, we'll miss you here in April.

Marcus

Shannon,

Typical male comments! I would hide the hose if I were you...

Haha - LOL. Pity the child born to that man... Lucky for Chip, he has a sensible wife!
