Avatar help..

I need it!
I have been trying to get a picture of my Emily into my posts and I am stuck.
I have the size down to 6k, and it's 46x46.....

It was an easy enough fix, however I couldn't figure it out for the life of me.

There is something about seeing a baby that just brightens the day.
And there are so many cuties here to see!!! I love them all.
