okay it's showing up on my profile and it's the right size, so i'm trying to wait a little while and see if that will help...

aaarrrrgggghhhhh.........

i know sometimes it takes awhile for the pic to actually show up in posts, but it's been on my profile for about an hour now and it still isn't showing up in my posts........

i know! isn't it frustrating! i feel like i've been at this forever...

the last time i tried my picture was way too big, but with much help from stillplayswithbarbies and mharling (who did something to my attachment so i finally got the photo to show up the right size in my profile), i STILL can't get it to work!!!

I don't know why it shows on the profile. When I look at the properties of what it is trying to display, I can see that it is not all there. So that tells me that the cut and paste did not work properly, for both of you. Try clearing out the avatar section of your profile and saving it, then go back in and put the URL of the picture in there again, making sure that you get all of it including the "jpg" at the end.

thanks karen for all your help and patience! i went back and made sure that all the info was there "jpeg" and all, so let's see if it'll work now.

That's not the whole thing. I wonder how it is getting cut off?

Sometimes in this software the ? makes it go into a line break and cuts off the rest of the URL.

DCMommy or up to 20 people can email me their original pic and I will crop and host it for you.
