OT - baby with moustache - on Addams family or Munsters?

Do you remember the little baby boy with the distinct little moustache? He wore a little black suit I think... Is he from the Addams Family or the Munsters? I couldn't find him online... I'm thinking of making Else and Charlotte this character for halloween (it would be hysterical and easy at the same time!) and if DH and I are the parents, we want to make sure we're all from the same"'family''!
