YAY!!! My DSL is back!!!

After nearly FOUR weeks, 38 calls to Covad, SIX visits from Verizon and one home visit from the Covad tech, we are back in business.

Good grief! And to think that I will probably have to go through it all over again once we move...

It's good to be home.

Whew...glad that's over. Had trouble with my dialup...yes, dialup...ugh...and was on hold for like 2 hours...literally...and thought I was going to have a stroke for lack of paitence. You deserve a medal for your trouble...or at least a free month of service...lol. I just kept thinking of you and your horrible experience and it kept me going...made my little 2 hour ordeal seem like nothin'.

It's good to see you around again. I'm sorry it was such a PIA to get this taken care of. I hate dealing with the phone company when there is an equipment problem. It seems like all they do is blame each other!
