I have a one pound marinated pork tenderloin. How do I cook it? I usually use aluminum cooking bags for my roasts. Do I just add veggies and cook like a roast? How long? TIA!!!!

We grill them on the grill. About 20-25 minutes per side (no flipping except that one time). They are really yummy...tender and juicy!

I love pork tenderloin! We have grilled it, both indoors and out, and smoked it, but I generally cook it in the oven. I wrap it in a foil packet and bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160. I think it would work great in an aluminum cooking bag. There may be special cooking times/temperatures mentioned in the packaging of your cooking bags.

just don't overcook it!! if you undercook it, you can put it back in for a few more minutes. overcooking it will dry it out. but if you get it just right, it will be SO tender and yummy!!

Can I add veggies? But I don't think potatoes would cook in 20-30 minutes?

I never have, but I think you could. I would do the potatoes separately, though, and put them in the oven earlier. Usually it takes 40-50 minutes for sliced potatoes to roast. Alternatively, I suppose that you could precook the potatoes a bit (perhaps boiling them)and then cutting them into pieces to roast.
