Need gift ideas for couple moving out of country

DH has a friend since high school (there were 2 girls he hung out with-- guess who is the other one?? =p ) and she married a Kiwi. Anyway, they are moving to NZ in December and are visiting with us next Monday (we just found out). What would make a good gift? They don't have a lot of space and we want to get them a little something. They have been on the road since August, visiting most of the US and Canada.

Any ideas welcome!
