I told you all that I resigned, effective Dec 12--4 weeks notice. Now, my boss is panicking and wants me to stay until the end of January! How do I get out of this situation professionally? My husband is considering staying at home with Matthew so that I can do this for them! I don't want to--I've already begun to mentally separate from these crazy people! I KNOW that I should do this as a professional, but my whiny side just doesn't WANT to!!
Oh, and my boss will give me a stay bonus (of some as yet undetermined amount) to sweeten the deal.
