Any good recipes for turkey - casseroles, soups, anything? We have turkey coming out of ears :9

Thanks!

I saw this show last week on turkey leftovers and they looked good (turkey hash, turkey nachos, and hot browns): http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/show_ss/episode/0,1976,FOOD_9995_27044,00.html

Emeril had a turkey leftover show too: http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/show_em/episode/0,1976,FOOD_9959_16910,00.html

And there's always turkey tetrazzini (http://www.campbellkitchen.com/recipe_view.asp?lt=rs&rec_id=24188) and turkey quesadillas!

Now I'm hungry...

Turkey Pot Pie

2 cups cooked turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans Veg All mixed veggies (or frozen veggies will also work)

Stir together and pour into a crust. Cover with another pie crust and poke a few holes. Bake at 375 until browned, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. I usually cover it with foil the first 35 minutes or so, to keep the edges from getting too brown.

(okay, I'm really a dork and I take a square of foil, fold it into fourths and then cut out a 1/2 circl so that that the middle of the pie isn't covered by foil but the edges are. :D)

My DH does something with turkey, broccolli and a cheese sauce - he cal;s it Turkey DeVan (not sure about spelling) and it's probably an adaptation of some other recipe. Can get more details if anyone is interested...
