What can I put on DD's chapped lips and face that won't make a huge mess or be toxic if she samples it? She has learned to whistle (very funny from a 9 month old!), and that, along with the cold weather, is doing a number on her face. Thanks!

Would Lansinoh work, or do I need to get something else?

I just read a post the other day that said Lansinoh was great for chapped cheeks. It makes sense to me.

Aquaphor worked wonders on Colin's chapped cheeks. I've never tried it on his lips.

We use Lansinoh (we already had a tube that I wasn't using) and Aquaphor. Both work fine, but I think DH and I are both partial to the Lanisoh. Figures we'd pick the most expensive stuff!

I always use Mary Kay's Extra Emolient Night Creme. Works like a charm!

I've been using a Mustela product called Hydrabebe which is made just for baby cheeks and lips and it works really well. It comes in a little stick (looks like a little deoderant stick) so it is really easy and fast to dab on - great for the diaper bag.

I love the Hydrabebe too. I haven't found a Mustela product yet that I don't like.

I concur regarding the Mustela. I love the hydra stick!
