I grew up in a military family and a girl who lived across from me on base housing just emailed me. I registered under classmates about two years ago so I could be kept up to date tih reunion info from High School and I guess must have filled out that I lived in
Ramstein Germany from 71 to 76 and she contacted me. It showed the name of who the person was and I kept thinking "that name sounds familiar but from long ago"...My goodness we are looking at 29 years ago!!!! She cited stuff we use to do and eveything...amazing!!!
This isn't such a big deal to folks who who have stayed in the States I am certain, but those who grew up career military can probably relate that we never really had "roots"...so this amazes me!!!
