sinus infection

I was just reading on askdrsears and realized that my sweet dd (18 months) has a sinus infection! I feel sooooo bad that I did not realize this sooner! I will take her to the ped asap tomorrow...but i am just wondering if anyone knows of anything I can do to help her? Any natural remedies help?

Sorry to hear dd is not feeling well. Ds has a sinus infection now. Our ped suggested some nasal spray (we bought Ayr)at night. Good luck getting a spray up a toddlers nose though. :) He is also on Zithromax. I have had sinus infections and sometimes it helped putting cool/warm wet washclothes on my face/eyes. Again, not so easy to do with a toddler.
Oh our ped also suggested sitting in a steamy bathroom. Or letting the water run hot and taking a warm bath (obviously when water cools a bit).
