Where to find photo tote bags?

Does anyone know of a store that I can go to locally to buy one of those tote bags that has slots on the outside to hold photos? I just decided it would be the perfect gift for my mom for christmas, but I don't think I have time to mail order. I found some on ebay but would rather go buy one in person. I guess I just don't know where to start looking???
