OT - Does Eddie Bauer offer price adjustments?

I thought they did, but the back of the receipt doesn't say so. Anybody know? TIA! :)

Funny that you should ask, Joanne. My mom bought me a fleece jacket that has since gone on sale. She called on New Years Day to see about the price adjustment policy and got a HORRIBLE CS rep. She is overly-friendly to people I guess because she worked retail for about 30 years. Anyway, to make a long story short, he basically wouldn't tell her if they did price adjustments. In fact he wouldn't help her at all. Instead he told her she had to go online and get some # from her online order, meanwhile she had her invoice in front of her!
Anyway, I think she was so upset, she didn't call back. And by now I am sure the 14 days would be up.
