Reliable cost-of-living calculators???

We're moving from Boston to Philadelphia soon, and along with the move our financial picture will change dramatically (I'll be in school earing no income for at least a year, and we'll have a baby). Because I love as much predictability as I can get, can someone point me to a cost-of-living calculator that is somewhat reliable in your experince?? I know manyfactors go into that, but I'll have to contend with some numbers.

I would check out the calculator at realtor.com. We found it to be somewhat reliable.
