This is so weird- we're not big cat people, to be honest, but this thing must be in heat or something. It sounds like a cross between a crying baby and a screaming woman in a horror film, and it wanders around the perimeter of our house (apparently, as we've got cat hair on the top of our fence), sits on our front door mat, outside our bedroom windows, wailing all night long. I mean it- all night long. Our brave little attack dog ;), the boston terrier, sleeps through the whole thing. During the day, she'd give her left paw to chase a cat out of the yard, and throws herself at the front windows if an animal so much as looks at our front yard, but at night, snoozes right through it.
So anyone with kitty-insight, what can we do to encourage this cat to go somewhere else?
