Talk to me about teething

Anna cut 2 molars last week. She has a top left one and a bottom right one. These are her first molars. Do they normally come in pairs like her other teeth did?

Also, has anyone found their kids to have a runny nose when teething? Anna has been like a faucet from her nose and mouth (drool) since last Monday. She's otherwise fine and not acting sick at all. Just a bit messy :)

DS always has a runny nose when he's teething. And there's some drool - the only time he ever drools. And I really, really wish those molars would come out - he's been miserable for weeks.
