Birthday Invitation Question???

Hi all! We will be celebrating Madison's 2nd birthday at the end of the month, and I have a question about making my own invitations. Do you all know the decorative paper that you can buy at places like Staples? Then you print whatever you want on it.
Well, my question is if there is a website or something where I can get an image, and then fill in my own text and print them right here from my own computer? Without having to buy the decorated paper at all.We have a color printer so I know it could work, but I can't find a site that has this. Everything I have come across is where you have to order the invites to be printed by them. Just a thought. Thanks for any info! :-)

I'm not sure about a website, but do you have Microsoft Picture It by any chance? We got it as free software with something and it has what you are describing. There are not tons of choices in the birthday line, but there are some cute ones. And, there are lots of borders, so you could pick balloons or confetti or something. We did DS's first birthday invites with this software. I put a photo of him on the front and then streamers around a light blue center with red text providing relevant info about the party. They turned out nicely. For that, I used cardstock specifically designed for making cards.
